Biography of Eileen Pinto...

Eileen Pinto is an independent organization development consultant whose focus is to help both organizations and individuals use the challenge of change as a source of renewal. She works with diverse client organizations from both the corporate and non-profit worlds, including information technology, manufacturing, health care, education and social services.

Eileen brings the advantage of a successful track record inside a complex organization to her consulting practice. Working in a Fortune 50 company for over ten years, she held progressively more demanding roles in human resources and training, including experience working outside the United States. Prior to her corporate career, her focus was human development and education. She has been recognized for excellence in human resource management, change leadership and community service.

A magna cum laude graduate of Nazareth College (Rochester, New York), Eileen holds an MA in Adult Development from the University of Minnesota. She also did graduate work in Adult Education at the University of British Columbia. She was selected for Honeywell's International Advanced Program for Managers (Vevey, Switzerland) and for the corporation's Change Leader Development Program. She has also participated in the Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership (Greensboro, North Carolina).

A lifelong community volunteer, Eileen has served on several non-profit boards. She is a Legacy Leader associate of the Board of Ascension Place Inc., which operates two homeless shelters serving women and children in Minneapolis. As Chair of the St. Anthony Park Community Foundation Board, she led the development of that organization's first strategic plan. Having served sixteen years on the Board of Trustees for Nazareth College (Rochester, New York), she was honored with the distinction of Trustee Emeritus in 2010. She also currently serves on the Resources for Child Caring Board.
